Contract and Temp - Whizdom has a very experienced team to assist clients in their contingent workforce requirements. We have an extensive database of registered candidates actively engaging with our Account Managers for work opportunities, and receive our daily mail outs for current roles. Whizdom works with clients nationally to ensure we understand the needs of the role and the environment so we can only pre-qualify the best and most suitable candidates.

We undertake appraisals of our contractors with clients to ensure they are performing to the standards required and also provide feedback to our contractors regarding their performance.

Employers can also be assured Whizdom take full Workers compensation insurance on all contractors regardless of their employment mechanism with us and provide a dedicated Contractor Care person to assist Account Managers in managing their well-being and working health and safety. Contractors also get access to Whizdom's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We are registered for Workers Compensation in each state and Territory, licensed to provide labour hire services in all states that require this (ACT, QLD, VIC) and meet all compliance requirements.


Permanent Recruitment - Whizdom's experienced team has extensive capability in resourcing, advertising, marketing, skills testing, screening, reference checking, and onboarding to provide clients with a high level of assurance that Whizdom has the processes to ensure their permanent and in-house resourcing requirements are delivered to a high standard. Coupled with this is our assurance of competitive margins and warranty to ensure best long term outcomes. Don't forget we offer no temp to perm fees for those instances where clients might like to trial a person on contract for a period for a critical role prior to offering a permanent role.
