Kate works with clients to support them on a journey of self-development.  Kate works intuitively with her style being fairly casual and very relational.

Kate’s primary training is in Gestalt Therapy, a holistic form of psychotherapy, with an interest and supervision in the field of Internal Family Systems and likes the way this combines with her training in Family Constellations.

Kate is passionate about the field of Self-Compassion Mindfulness and feels that the relationship with ourselves is often where we end up in therapy.

Kate Diggle, a popular psychotherapist, workshop facilitator and busy mum of 4 will be talking to us about the need to apply self-compassion as a tool to enhance our performance and wellbeing at work and home. Her talk will be interactive, engaging, honest and no doubt relatable.
