Job Description

Seeking a Tech lead(Microsoft Stack) for the software development team, you will:
  • Establish a technical vision for the software product, in collaboration with team members, and set a work plan to achieve it
  • Liaise with enterprise architecture groups to align the solution with the broader hardware and software needs of the organisation
  • Maintain the output pace of the development team by preparing tasks for completion each sprint
  • Use agile processes to design, develop, implement and support the solution
  • Guide, develop and energise other team members
  • Remain hands-on with coding activities
The Role:
As a member of the Agile project team, and under the direction of the Project Manager, you will help design, develop, implement and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 based business solutions. You will work closely with the developers, business representatives, business analysts, testers and data analyst to deliver the required solutions.

Key deliverables include:
  • Solution designs, including options analysis where several viable solutions may be possible
  • Developed Dynamics CRM based solution, in accordance with the agreed design, to deliver the capabilities required by the business requirements
  • As built solution documentation and configuration / code comments
  • Requirement / user story review feedback
  • Release / deployment / implementation documentation
Skills and Experience Required:
Mandatory & Essential Criteria:
Technical skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the design, development and implementation of current version Microsoft Dynamics CRM business solutions
  • Demonstrated experience and high competency with custom workflow and plug-in development
  • Demonstrated experience and high competency with CRM form programming (i.e. Java Script)
  • Demonstrated experience and high competency with Custom page integration
  • A strong background in .NET development (C#, RESTful web services)
  • Experience with AzureDevOps/TFS or other version control products for Dynamics CRM solution development and implementation
Soft skills:
  • Ability to set direction and gather enthusiasm and support for implementation
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment using agile based methods
  • Ability to identify work tasks for team members and assign work based on skill set
  • Ability to work transparently and collaboratively, including when making decisions

Desirable Skills & Experience:
Technical skills:
  • Highly desirable: Certification in Microsoft technologies
  • Highly desirable: Demonstrated experience with the development and implementation of CRM Portal solutions and/or ADX Portals
  • Desirable: Knowledge of IBM Integration Bus
  • Desirable: Demonstrated experience with the migration of Dynamics
  • On-premises solutions to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform
Location and Contract Term:

The role is based Sydney with a 11 Month Contract

Security Requirements:

Australian citizenship is required, Baseline Security Clearance is Required. Valid Police Check last 12 months required
