The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for on-going care of the Salesforce CRM suite of products (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities) including all third-party software integrations – user support, on-going configuration and platform growth. This position would suit a candidate with Salesforce Administrator certification and demonstrated experience working in a team environment implementing and supporting Salesforce and business systems. The Salesforce Administrator will: • Assist in the configuration, implementation and support of the Departments Salesforce platform. • Configure users, profiles, permissions sets, installed packages, workflows, visual flows and process builder flows • Participate in the ongoing development of the Departments Salesforce instance in alignment with business priorities • Assist with the identification and implementation of all third part API’s and applications integrated within Salesforce. • Provide responsive support to internal and external Salesforce users. • Prepare and deliver Salesforce training. • Participate in the continued growth of the business through development of new products
Skills and Experience Required:
- Current Salesforce Administrator certification
- Ability to build custom applications and objects, workflow, and custom views
- Strong background in Salesforce security practices including implementing role-based access to views and data
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain is required.
