Providing organisational change management activities in the development, coordination and delivery of business transformation activities. The role will provide OCM support in the implementation of a whole of ACT government Human Resources Information Management Solution (HRIMS).
What is the position responsible for?
Responsible to be the conduit between the Human Resources Information Management Solution (HRIMS) program team and change impacted business areas within the ACT Government. The role is to provide:
- On-the-ground guidance with the identification of change impacts and the development and delivery of business readiness activities within business units.
- Monitor the status of HRIMS program change impacts and identify opportunities with the business units to progress business readiness activities.
- Work within a program context, adhering to timelines to support the broader program team outcomes.
Location and Contract Term:
The role is based in Canberra, 12 Months Contract.
