The Service Delivery Office requires experienced SAP ABAP Developers. The successful candidates will work as part of a project team under broad guidance of the Program Director/Project Manager and be responsible for delivering a full range of SAP ABAP functions.
The SAP ABAP Developer functions include: • Participate in scenario definition workshops • Participate in business process workshops • Contribute to development and design of blueprint design documents • Perform HR and FI development for both SAP standard and custom solutions as per blueprint design documents • Perform all Testing functions at level Contractors will be expected to: • Provide timely and accurate communication with your project manager • Demonstrate an appreciation of the various project demands and progress • Make decisions that take into account both strategic and operational factors, with an appropriate assessment of risk • Stakeholder management • Timely reporting • Develop and use advanced thinking skills, including: o Analysis and problem solving o Innovation and creativity o Flexibility, agility and adaptability o Strategic thinking • Provide support, guidance and mentoring within the project team specifically on SAP HR approaches and strategies • Develop and use advanced communication skills, both written and oral, including active listening, influence, negotiation, conflict resolution and facilitation skills • Seek and provide guidance as required • Assist with activities and responsibilities as directed by the project manager
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years ABAP experience across entire SAP Platform HR/Payroll, FI, CO, MM, PS, SRM, PI and BW modules; ESS/MSS integration with backend SAP HR modules and JAVA WebDynpro.
• ABAP skills Data Dictionary, User Exits (CMOD/SMOD/Enhancement Points), debugging, OSS Note SNOTE, Webdynpro, OO Coding, ALV Reporting
Location and Contract Term: Canberra based role. Mid November start date with contract till 30 June 2020
