Skills and Knowledge required:
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge management projects (particularly in designing and reforming Internet/Intranet/SharePoint presences including governance arrangements), liaison with stakeholders and management of project staff and timelines (Essential)
- Audit the current state of a large complex government department Internet, Intranet, and SharePoint content and architecture, conduct a gap analysis against a large complex government department and stakeholders needs and expectations, and develop a future state for a large complex government department web presence and the SharePoint and the Blueprint (including a project management plan) to achieve it.
- Develop governance arrangements, including measures maintain currency of information and content, and track performance and conformance
- Preparation of website page and content updates in collaboration with a large complex government department content owners and subject matter experts.
Location and Contract Term: The role is based in Canberra. 9 months contract.
Security Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen. Due to work environment, the client has requested that a current baseline security clearance is preferred for this role.
