Seeking a capable and experienced PMO Systems Analyst to join the Program Management Office (PMO).

The Role:

The successful applicant will be required to:

This role is suited to a hands-on administrator, support analyst or senior user with a background in configuration and support of Office 365 (including Teams, SharePoint and Project Online) and Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) technologies.

Configuration, maintenance, user training and support of program systems, applications, data stores and tools are a vital part of the role. The PMO Systems Analyst will also assist in defining, documenting, and ensuring compliance of Program document management standards and processes.

The PMO Systems Analyst will be required to administer the program's systems and tools that support effective collaboration and governance within program delivery. This includes management of the Office 365 and Atlassian technology stacks. In this capability, the PMO Systems Analyst is required to ensure users are onboarded and governed effectively. In addition, the PMO Systems Analyst will be responsible for configuration of workflows, data stores, document repositories, licensing, training and support for Office 365 and Atlassian. As part of the PMO, the PMO Systems Analyst will undertake process review and continual improvement activities across the program.


Skills and Experience Required
Essential criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and Project Online configuration, management, and support.
  • Demonstrated experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence configuration, management, and support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working on ICT project and programs of work.
  • Exposure to Software Lifecycle (design, development, testing)
  • The candidate must state their agreement to have or obtain (at Departments expense) a baseline security clearance.


  • Exposure to Software Lifecycle (design, development, testing)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps and Dataflex (Microsoft Common Data Service).
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI and ALM.
Location and Contract Term:

Melbourne Based – Initial Term to 30 June 2021 with 1 x 12 Month extension options

Security Requirements:

Must be an Australian Citizen. Ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
