Job Description

The Requirements Manager will work independently within broad guidelines to manage project requirements, risks and configuration and contribute to the definition of multiple tranches of work. This person will work with business stakeholders, project managers, systems architects, security stakeholders and other groups as required, to identify and develop requirements, configuration and analyse risks towards the project.   
Major Responsibilities / Skills and Knowledge:
  1. System Engineering qualifications and experience in requirements aspects of the implementation phase of ICT projects.
  2. Experience in major ICT project formal design reviews.
  3. Identify and analyse Project level risks and issues, including aggregating subprojects risks to identify project level risks.
  4. Manage project level configuration of all the project’s key products and assets.
  5. Manage the continuous business improvement process for the project office.
  6. Escalate issues and seek advice from the Project Director in a timely manner.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.
Location and Contract Term: The role is based in Canberra. 12-month contract.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.
