Job Description

As a Service Operations Coordinator you will work to the Service Delivery Manager and Project Management team to ensure that all customer requests are assigned, managed and monitored for an effective outcome.

Major Responsibilities / Skills and Knowledge required:

  1. ITIL V3 Foundation (minimum)
  2. Experience working in an ITIL Service Operations role.
  3. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to multitask and priorities workflow across a team environment.
  5. Demonstrated experience in the creation of documentation and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Experience in end-to-end service management to user populations of over 500.
 
Desirable criteria
  1. Experience working in a SCRUM framework within an AGILE Software Development environment.
  2. Experience in Service Transition and Service Design.
 
 
Estimated start date: 01-03-2021
Location of work: Australian Capital Territory
Length of contract: 12 months
Contract extensions: Additional 12 months upon negotiation
 
Security Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, we require a minimum NV1 security clearance level.
