The School Magazine (TSM) - This is a subscription based print and online resource for students (reading resource). It generates revenue for DOE, and its well subscribed, DOE wants to explore the potential for marketing it nationally and internationally. For this, they are looking for someone who can assess the market and come up with a marketing strategy, including pricing model.
Scope of Work:
- Review and verify the current aim to expand Australian market share and launch into the international market
- Investigate trends and data needed by the TSM team for marketing
- Develop strategies and goals to deliver an increased income
- Identify and craft main messages and the most appropriate media or mechanism to use
- Provide advice on focused branding, positioning, and marketing tools
- Prepare a marketing plan with recommendations for resources needed
- Provide strategic advice on future marketing possibilities
