Job Description

Seeking a Knowledge Management Officer to help manage the teams documentation, versioning and articles  

The Role:

The primary duties of the Knowledge Management Officer will include but not be limited to:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft SharePoint Designer & Administrator especially in relation to SharePoint Online and Office 365
  • Assist to research, analyse, interpret and create Knowledge management documentation
  • Work collaboratively to deliver consistent and structured knowledge management articles
  • Assist in maintaining and ensuring document control measures are adhered to
  • Communicate to a variety of clients with differing levels of legal & ICT knowledge
  • Have the ability to prioritise competing requests in a calm and efficient manner while also maintaining a high level of work standards
  • Ensure all knowledge articles and documentation is accessible across all mediums
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Foster a positive culture within the Service Integration and Management team aligned with Agency values; and
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required
Essential criteria
  • Demonstrated minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Knowledge Management Officer or similar
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards
  • The ability to review and revise Knowledge articles and documentation
  • Very strong relationship and Stakeholder engagement skills as collaboration will be conducted across multiple groups of technical and business process subject matter experts
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, in a clear and confident manner
Desirable criteria
  • An understanding of legislation and working on legal project or documentation
Location and Contract Term:

Canberra or Sydney Based –6 Month Contract with 1 x 6 Months contract extension options

Security Requirements:

Must be an Australian Citizen. Ability to obtain baseline security clearance
