Job Description

Seeking a Product Service Analyst to Support the product manager and transition manager in delivery of their role  

The Role

Key responsibilities:

The Product Service Analyst will be required to:

  • Support the product manager and transition manager in delivery of their role
  • Maintenance of the service record and the service lifecycle management plan
  • Maintaining and editing of a service record
  • Provide support in the change process and manage the change record through the service management tool
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Baseline or NV1 clearance preferred
  • Mix of Technical knowledge and ICT technical task/project coordination/management skills
  • The latter is often required to achieve minor technical changes to products under the ITSM change process
  • Extensive current understanding and experience in ICT management process
  • Product delivery experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a complex stakeholder environment
  • The support arm (doers) to support the product managers
  • Good communicators
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Present ideas
  • Problem solvers
  • Be proactive

Location and Contract Term:

Canberra Based – 12 Month Contract with Extension options


Security Clearance:

Must be an Australian Citizen. Baseline Security Clearance is required.
