Job Description

The service provider will develop custom intelligence products for our client  Support Program. This includes development of products that directly compare large complex government department capability with the capabilities of potential adversaries. These products will support the presentations to the committees at the strategic level.

Skills and Knowledge:
  1. Technical analysis skills and report writing
  2. Excellent Interpersonal skills and must be able to work within a domestic and international inter-agency environment.
  3. Meet report/product deadlines ranging from short to medium time frames.
Major Responsibilities:
  1. Develop tailored intelligence product focused on regional and global weapons systems and provide comparison to current and prospective large complex government department capability.
  2. Contribute to short-notice threat statements and comparison briefs.
  3. Develop capability assessment intelligence products which enable key messages regarding threat to be delivered with brevity, clarity and insight.
Location and Contract Term: The role is based in Canberra. 12 months.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 3.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.
