Role Title: Program Change Manager
Start Date: ASAP End Date: 30th June 2022
Hours: 8hr/day 40hr/week
Location: Eveleigh (Currently working from home)

Primary purpose of the role

The Program Change Manager is responsible for developing and driving critical activities and change initiatives to meet business and program objectives for the Rural Access Gap (RAG) program. As a key member of the RAG Program Management Office, the role works closely with stakeholders and program team leads, using influence and innovation, to assess the change and communication needs of various program streams. The role is central to the planning and execution of change strategies, maximising change adoption and ensuring  alignment of all change activities across the program. This role requires strong communication and change analytical skills and ability to tailor approach to suit program requirements.

Key accountabilities
  • Define, create and execute change management strategies and plans, including conducting effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis
  • Work collaboratively to support communication activities to ensure information is communicated to stakeholders and impacted audiences throughout the duration of the program
  • Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with other project teams to ensure change management activities are integrated into project plans and there is successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategies
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to change management strategies and  methodology
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings including providing management with timely reports on the status of change projects and identified risks and issues

  • Working collaboratively and fostering positive relationships with a large and diverse stakeholder base
  • Maintaining an awareness of key changes across the Rural Access Gap Program including how and when they will impact stakeholders
  • Balancing shifting demands to meet changing priorities
