Seeking an experienced Peoplesoft Technical Architect to join our Applications practice in Australia.

 The Role
With opportunities across both project and managed service engagements, you will work as part of a dynamic team supporting the implementation and maintenance of Peoplesoft HCM-Payroll modules and solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesØ  Build, configure, tune, administer and troubleshoot PeopleSoft application systems in a high availability, fast paced environmentØ  Perform complete installs of PeopleSoft 9.2 with PeopleTools 8.58 and above 

Skills and Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have:
To be successful in this position you will possess many of the following attributes:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Technical Architecture role or Senior PeopleSoft Admin role
  • Complete understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) - specifically in an windows server and WebLogic environment
  • Proven experience with current methods used to deploy PeopleSoft components
  • Configure Application servers, process schedulers, web servers, Elasticsearch, Integration Broker, BI Publisher etc
  • Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Search Framework (Elasticsearch)
  • Ability to install and configure Visual COBOL and Compile COBOL program using Visual Cobol
  • Windows server 2019 and 2012R2
  • MS SQL Server 2019 and 2014
  • Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including databases, tuxedo application servers on Windows, process schedulers NT and WebLogic configuration
  • Perform hardware planning, sizing and architect
  • Perform manual or automated refreshes of a PeopleSoft environment
  • Perform capacity planning, disaster recovery and load balancing activities
  • Installation and Configuration of PeopleSoft Test Framework
  • Managing environments using an F5 load balancer
  • Deep understanding of Networking and Database
  • Have in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft security components
  • Experience with Active Directory and managing Group Policy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of both support and project teams
  • Demonstrate initiative by identifying inefficiencies and able to recommend improvements
  • Standout stakeholder management experience and a relationship builder by nature to ensure real collaboration with clients.
Location and Contract Term:
Canberra Based –12 Month Contract with contract extensions
Security Clearance:
Must be an Australian Citizen. NV1 Security Clearance is required
