POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Administrator position requires a motivated, committed and passionate go getter who will be responsible, among other things, for coordinating project activities, maintaining and updating the program schedules, risk and issues register, resource plans, costs, tracking progress and communicating status to internal and external stakeholders.

The Project Administrator will report to the Data Insights Program Manager and assist with all aspects of the program, including working closely with the program stakeholders and the delivery teams, so strong leadership, organisation and communications skills are a must. Your mission is to help the program meet its quality standards and deliver on time and within budget.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Assist the program manager in administrative duties and processes
2. Assist with project planning, from inception to completion
3. Maintain and track project plans, reports and deliverables, risk and issues register, schedules, resource plans, work hours, scope variations and costs
4. Implement required policies, procedures and guidelines to support an effective program governance and control framework
5. Schedule meetings, keep minutes and follow up on actions
6. Prepare and distribute project materials including weekly project status reports
7. Monitor progress and alert the program manager to issues as they arise
8. Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate and supervise activities and communications as required
9. Undertake project tasks as assigned

SELECTION CRITERIA
 Two years of related experience
 Strong leadership skills
 Must be organised, focused and deadline-driven
 Proven ability to adapt quickly and operate within a fast-paced and dynamic program environment
 Be a team player
 Proven ability to manage planned outcomes within tight timeframes, build relationships, communicate effectively and influence stakeholders
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to manage competing priorities with ease and effectiveness
 Basic project management skills and experience, such as planning and prioritising work packages, time management, task, resource and cost management, risks and issues management, report writing and having situational awareness
 Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and preferably MS Project
 Have strong oral and written communication skills
