The Role:
One of our private clients, the leading provider of Modern Workplace Solutions, is looking for an experienced M365 Consultant who will plan, design and implement M365 solutions for our client. You will be a technical subject matter expert on both cloud and on-premise IT systems. You will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the Microsoft Modern Workplace Domain and promote innovative solutions on behalf of our client. You will develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to help them achieve their business goals.

Location and Contract Term: The role is based in Canberra, 18-month Contract - Immediate start.
Security Requirements: To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a minimum Baseline Security Clearance (NV1 preferred).

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Design and deploy enterprise-scale, complex M365 solutions
- Gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solutions, produce design and migration strategy documents, and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to clients.
- Align customer requirements for M365 implementation readiness
- Consultant experience 3-5 years
- Solid experience of Microsoft collaboration stack including Office 365, Azure AD Connect, Exchange, SharePoint Online and Teams
- Demonstrable knowledge of migrating best practices and troubleshooting
- O365 migration and deployment experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Working in team-oriented, collaborative environments
- Hands on experience in complex messaging migration environments, including hybrid O365 configuration
- Experience conducting and supporting O365 migration, authentication and identity management
- Experience managing and remediating Active Directory, and migrating on-prem AD to Azure Active Directory
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Experience with EM+S, Federation Services and Identity Management is a plus skills
- Work as a team with our organisation and within an Agile methodology.
- Transparent and collaborative when making decisions.
- Have a no-blame culture and encourage people to learn from their mistakes
