The Project Manager will manage a diverse range of technical Information Communications and Technology (ICT) projects.
The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
The Project Manager will absorb complex information and communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills and Knowledge:
Contract terms: 24 months from Commencement.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 6.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

The Project Manager will absorb complex information and communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Project Management Certification (AIPM Certification at CPPM or other equivalent certification).
- Support productive working relationships by working cohesively and flexibly with the broader program team, key business partners and stakeholders groups.
- Knowledge of IT systems design and development processes.
- Understanding of Defence procurement procedures and regulations.
- Contract management experience.
- Ability to transfer skills and knowledge to team members, and to delegate responsibility.
- Responsible for the planning, management and delivery of new capability and system enhancements.
- Responsible for the achievement of project deliverables in accordance with the approved project scope.
- Perform project management consistent with the organisation’s project methodology.
- Responsible for the initiation, planning and management phases of system development or enhancement including requirement analysis, system design, testing, implementation and transition to operations.
