The Project Support Officer is accountable under general direction to provide effective administration and support to a technical Information Communications and Technology (ICT) projects.
The Project Support Officer will work independently to undertake a range of administrative tasks including maintaining Risk Registers, Program and Project sites and configuration management of project artefacts within the team.
The Project Support Officer will take responsibility for the provision of support services to projects, use and recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects whilst supporting programme or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.
Skills and Knowledge:
Contract terms: 24 months from Commencement.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 4.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Project Management methodologies.
- Demonstrated administration and organisational skills within our Large Federal Government client’s Desktop Environments.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of project governance board engagements.
- Maintain program and project Risk Registers; including regular reviews and updates; advising team members if they have been nominated to execute risk treatment; and facilitating project risk workshops.
- Maintain project documentation including establishment of a document library and control methods for finalised project documents. Ensure that all final documents meet audit requirements and are easily retrievable.
- Implement stakeholder communication plans, enhancing customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide administration support including schedule maintenance, monthly reporting, and resource management.
