Our Large Federal Government client has a requirement for an ICT Sustainment Manager. The Sustainment Manager will be responsible, under limited direction, to develop and manage processes to sustain a complex ICT capability. The Sustainment Manager will have a proven ability to work with internal service managers, internal and external customers, and external service providers.
Major Responsibilities:
Contract terms: between 12 & 24 months will be considered.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 4.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

Major Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the capability manager including recording meeting minutes and complying with information management and record keeping practices.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to create and leverage inter-Governmental agreements.
- Create financial documentation to ensure commercial and inter-Governmental agreements are paid in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report upon deliverables against agreements.
- Manage routine maintenance schedules and issue tasking instructions in a timely manner.
