Whizdom appoints Kay Eriksson as new Chief Operating Officer

The team at Whizdom is proud to announce the appointment of Kay Eriksson as its Chief Operations Officer. In her new role, Kay will join the Executive leadership team and will be responsible for driving operational excellence, growth, and strategic direction, brand advocacy, and company culture across Whizdom.
Kay Eriksson, who has more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment sector, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Whizdom team, having delivered exceptional results through leadership, innovation, and operational excellence throughout her career.
As Chief Operating Officer, Kay will be responsible for driving the growth and strategic direction of Whizdom by overseeing operations, client experience, business development, and performance management. She will lead the team at Whizdom to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.
