About the Role: We are seeking Corporate and Commercial Advisory Consultants at all levels of experience who have a background in providing commercial, procurement, and sourcing advice and services to a range of clients.

- Can manage commercial arrangements
- Are experienced in dealing with vendors to ensure clients achieve ongoing value for money
- Can work collaboratively with clients and team members to build lasting relationships
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor chain relationships on behalf of clients, ensuring ongoing delivery of value and effective risk management
- Manage contracts on behalf of clients through the development and maintenance of contract management documentation, conducting contract governance activities, providing contractual advice, and resolving issues as they arise
- Perform reviews of contracts and vendor relationships, make recommendations, and implement improvements to optimise arrangements
- Negotiate new contracts and variations which meet client requirements, regulations, and policies
- Lead end-to-end procurements for emerging requirements that are compliant with the Commonwealth procurement framework and relevant client policies and procedures
- Consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as required to deliver client outcomes
- Provide high-quality advice to clients across the procurement cycle, including with respect to procurement strategy, approach to market exercises, contract mechanisms, commercial models, risk and issue management
- Ensure alignment between vendor offerings and client business requirements, including requirements gathering and documentation
- Prepare high-quality written products supporting the above activities
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience in managing contracts and vendor relationships (ICT experience and knowledge is highly desirable)
- Experience in the negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of contracts (knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules is highly desirable)
- Able to quickly comprehend complex issues, evaluate options and identify the best approach
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presentation, including the ability to engage with clients at the relevant level to your role to be a trusted advisor
This role requires the successful candidate to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to be able to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance which we will support you through.

Annual Salary:$100,000 - $115,000
Security Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen & hold a Security Clearance
