An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is like a safety net for your wellbeing—and at Whizdom, ours is delivered through Mind Fit at Work. They’re a nationwide network of licensed mental health professionals who specialise in short-term, confidential counselling for both personal and professional challenges.

Who can use the EAP?
All Whizdom contractors and staff. If you’re part of the team, you’re covered.
What kind of support is offered?
One-on-one counselling sessions with licensed professionals—covering everything from workplace stress to personal matters.
How do I access the EAP?
Email exec@whizdom.com.au with your full name and a request for Mind Fit at Work details. You do not need to explain why you need the service. Once we have recieved your request, we will send you everything you need to get started with Mind Fit at Work.
Is my request kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your request goes directly to our executive team and is handled with discretion.
Does it cost anything?
Access to the EAP is free for all Whizdom Contractors and Staff.
