About the Role
We are seeking skilled Project Officers to work within the organisation:
You will:
- Support project planning and performance by contributing to processes, applying methodologies, and assisting with testing, evaluation, and acceptance activities.
- Prepare documentation including briefs, reports, correspondence, and committee submissions through research and drafting.
- Collaborate effectively within teams, engage stakeholders as directed, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain project records such as financial documentation and perform other tasks aligned with the APS level and business needs.
- Will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Officer or similar role
- Certifications or training in Project Management (e.g Prince2, MSP, Agile SCM)

Location: The role can be based from ACT, QLD or VIC.
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date, plus potential extensions
Security Requirements: Current NV2 minimum or TSPV Clearance required.
