About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a collaborative team working across Sales, Service, and Community Cloud. You’ll be responsible for custom development, platform maintenance, and integrating third-party systems to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver enhancements and custom development using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
- Support Salesforce administration and platform maintenance.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy features and integrations (OAuth, REST APIs).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Solve operational defects and provide walkthroughs for new functionality.
- Ensure clean, consistent data across internal and partner systems.
- 4–6 years in CRM, with 3+ years in Salesforce (Sales, Service & Community Cloud).
- Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with CI/CD and integrating third-party systems.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Developer II (preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for solving problems and improving user experience.
