About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer (AI Engineer) to join a dynamic team focused on building and optimising advanced AI and automation solutions. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying event-driven and serverless architectures, integrating cutting-edge AI models, and supporting high-impact business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support AI-powered technical solutions.
- Lead the development of Office.js Add-ins using React and TypeScript.
- Architect and implement event-driven and serverless solutions, including RAG architecture.
- Integrate and deploy AI models (including LLMs) via AWS Bedrock and other cloud services.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Build and support Python-based applications and automation scripts.
- Ensure robust security, compliance, and operational reliability across cloud environments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and operational procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement and support business-critical AI initiatives.
- Minimum 6–7 years’ experience as a senior developer or AI engineer.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with Office.js Add-in development.
- Advanced Python programming skills.
- Proven expertise in event-driven and serverless architectures.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architecture and AWS services (including AI model integration via AWS Bedrock).
- Proficiency with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud-native/serverless data solutions (preferably Azure and AWS).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of DataOps, ModelOps, and compliance frameworks.
