Description:
The key functions of the Senior Project Officer role would be to support the Executive Director in developing plans, communication materials, review, updating and developing role descriptions, and governance support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop change management plan in consultation with HR and PSO
- Review and update unit and team functions
- Review and update role descriptions
- In consultation with Executive Director, develop role descriptions for new roles
- In consultation with Executive Director, develop slide packs
- Support Executive Director in planning and conducting consultations
- Support governance functions
- Keep accurate records of decisions and related communication
Skills & Experience Required:
We are looking for someone with highly developed HR skills and experience, change management experience, and sound verbal and written communications skills.
It would be ideal for candidates to have previous experience working in Government or Health.
Contract Duration & Rate:
This contract is until March 2026
St Leonards, NSW
Pay rate: $62.90/hour + super (35 hrs/ week)
