About the role
Support the deployment of complex technical systems and solutions by Forensics Command on existing IT Infrastructure.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other IT disciplines within the Department to deploy and maintain bespoke solutions on behalf of
- Forensics Command.
- Follow best practises for maintaining and enhancing bespoke solutions on IT Infrastructure.
- Leverage your subject-matter expertise to advise technical leadership on technical architecture and solutions.
- Experience in System software administration, systems integration and build, software configuration, infrastructure operations, identity and access management, deployment, and data management.
- Have an understanding or the ability to learn the following technologies:
- Infrastructure as Code management and tracking (Git, GitLab)
- Virtualisation Technologies (VMware, vSphere)
- Web servers (e.g nginx)
- NoSQL databases (e.g Apache Cassandra)

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance. This position requires occasional travel for business purposes. Applicants across QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, and TAS will be considered.
