We’re working with a growing health organisation to find a Service Delivery Manager who can lead a high-performing infrastructure and support team, while also delivering key ICT projects across a complex, multi-site environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who has progressed from ICT support or systems engineering into service delivery and operations.
You’ll play a critical role in integrating newly acquired sites into the existing IT environment, while also leading the delivery of infrastructure upgrades and modernisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ICT service delivery and infrastructure operations across multiple sites
- Manage and mentor a team of support and infrastructure professionals
- Deliver ICT projects including:
- Windows Server upgrades
- PC refresh programs
- Networking and infrastructure enhancements
- SaaS solution implementation
- Support brownfield projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes
- Proven experience in ICT service delivery and infrastructure leadership
- A background in technical support or systems engineering - you’ve done the hands-on work
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices – ITIL Foundation Cert highly regarded
- Experience delivering ICT projects in operational environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communication skills
