Kandice Halls brings over a decade of expertise to her role as Account Manager at Whizdom, where she focuses on corporate recruitment. Known for her strategic approach to contract recruitment and IT roles, Kandice combines business development skills with a deep understanding of client needs. 

Prior to joining Whizdom, Kandice made significant impacts at FIRST PEOPLE Recruitment Solutions as a Senior Consultant in Talent Acquisition, where she drove business growth and managed high-profile accounts. Her previous experience includes leading business development and account management at Randstad within the Office Support division, specifically for short-term contract positions. 

Kandice’s career also spans roles as Associate Manager at Page Personnel and Team Leader at Drake International. She began her recruitment journey with Effective People Pty Ltd, where she provided tailored recruitment and HR consulting solutions.
