​Kay Eriksson, Whizdom’s Chief Operating Officer, is a senior leader with over 20 years of experience in operational roles within the recruitment industry. As a member of Whizdom’s Executive Leadership Team and a Board Member of APSCo Australia, Kay drives operational excellence, strategic growth, brand advocacy, and company culture across the business. She also leads the Whizdom Sydney team, aligning local operations with national strategy and fostering a high-performing, people-first environment.

Kay oversees teams across Operations, Systems, Bid Management, Human Resources, and Marketing, bringing a collaborative and mentoring approach that supports Whizdom’s long-term business development strategies. Her leadership ensures that Whizdom remains agile, efficient, and aligned with its strategic goals.

A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Kay brings governance expertise to her executive role and board contributions. Drawn to Whizdom’s strong employee relationships and supportive culture, she saw alignment between the company’s family-first values and her own.
