Natalie Angus, Whizdom’s Operations Manager, has been a key part of the business since 2010 and has led operational functions since 2017. Working closely with Whizdom’s executive team, Natalie oversees finance, administration, and compliance, ensuring the business maintains high standards across quality, recruitment, and privacy.

Natalie manages Whizdom’s Talent Engagement Standard and was instrumental in leading Whizdom to achieve ISO 9001 Certification, embedding best practice across all operational areas. Her attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement play a vital role in supporting Whizdom’s strategic goals and day-to-day efficiency.

Before joining Whizdom, Natalie worked in Connecticut, USA, as an Operations Coordinator for the American Institute for Foreign Study, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and account management. She is a certified APSCo Australia Recruitment Professional.
