With a strong focus on modern, agile delivery and continuous improvement, the organisation is currently undertaking a significant digital transformation program. You will be joining a collaborative, purpose-driven environment that values innovation, transparency, and high-quality service delivery, while offering flexible hybrid working arrangements based in the ACT.
About the Role
The ICT Delivery Manager will play a key leadership role within a multi-disciplinary digital delivery team responsible for developing and enhancing spectrum-focused digital products. You will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, managing delivery schedules, leading and supporting team members, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Product Owners, business analysts and senior stakeholders to understand objectives, undertake discovery and scoping where required, and triage and prioritise work effectively. The role also involves coordinating with external vendors to manage system interdependencies and ensure successful end-to-end outcomes.
Clear communication is critical to success in this position. You will proactively keep stakeholders informed through established forums and provide transparent, self-service visibility of delivery progress, risks and issues using tools such as Azure DevOps.
This is a hybrid role based in the ACT, with an expectation of working on-site several days per week alongside core collaboration days.
