About the Role
The Senior MS Dynamics Software Engineer (Developer) will provide hands‑on technical leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365–based workflow and case management systems. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end solution design and development — from conception through to deployment — ensuring solutions are robust, scalable and aligned to business needs.
Working within an Agile delivery environment, you will collaborate closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, contribute to delivery ceremonies, lead code reviews, and assist with troubleshooting performance and defects. This role offers the opportunity to work on nationally significant systems within a complex enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing, customising and enhancing Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Building plugins and custom workflow activities
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, releases and code reviews
  • Producing clear technical documentation and design artefacts
  • Supporting system performance, stability and continuous improvement
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics developer with a strong background in modern Microsoft platforms and Agile delivery.
Essential experience and skills:
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK
  • Proven development experience using C#, Visual Studio and Azure DevOps/TFS
  • Solid understanding of Model‑Driven and Canvas Apps
  • Experience developing custom actions, plugins and JavaScript
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Apps solution design and development
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
Highly desirable:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
  • Knowledge of gateways, orchestration design and custom connectors
  • Experience across the broader Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Pages and Azure Functions

Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date, plus 1x 6 month extensions at our clients discretion.
Security Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizens with an active NV1 or higher security clearance.
