About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineers to join a specialist team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale infrastructure platforms.
In this role, you will work across a broad Windows ecosystem, supporting both operational and project-based deliverables in a highly secure environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, deploying, and operating Windows Server platforms
- Managing core services including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Remote Desktop Services, and WSUS
- Building, testing, and maintaining Windows OS images and supporting VMware integration
- Implementing and maintaining secure configurations and associated security tooling
- Supporting automation across server and infrastructure environments
- Integrating Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
- Managing backup and recovery solutions for virtualised environments
- Performing system health checks across hardware and software
- Troubleshooting complex Windows-based issues
- Supporting infrastructure transformation activities, including server migrations
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong technical expertise alongside the ability to operate in a structured, security-focused environment.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience designing, testing, and deploying Windows operating systems in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows security tooling and secure system configurations
- Experience across infrastructure design, implementation, and lifecycle management
- Strong problem management and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
- Experience with scripting or automation to support infrastructure operations
- Ability to contribute to complex systems design and architecture decisions
Candidates must also be willing to undergo an Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) prior to engagement.

Location: The role is based in Adeliade SA
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date, plus 2x 12 month extensions
Experience Level: Junior – APS4/5 Equivalent
Security Requirements: Candidates must hold an active or reactivatable Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Security Clearance on submission. Our client is not looking to upgrade an existing clearance for this position. An OSA(Organisational Suitability Assessment) will be required for this position.
