About the Role:
The AO3 contractor is producing well written communications materials such as correspondence, flyer's, social media post, and web-page updates to name a few.
Additionally, the AO3 Communication Officer also has a capability of engaging with stakeholder for low-risk matters and responding to the 1800 phone number calls.
The work achieved by the AO3 Officer also alleviates more knowledgeable and skilled team members to proactively work at more challenging and urgent matters, thereby releasing them of basic operational matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder engagement support for low risk projects
- Development of project webpages, analytic reports, updates
- Development of The Hive webpages
- Project flyer and distribution
- Communication responses for low lever stakeholder issues
- Management of correspondence tracker
- Source stakeholders contact details, lot number information and enter into spreadsheets and consultation manager
- Assist or attend stakeholder meetings with Program Engagement Offices
