About the Client and Role:
Our client is a key government agency in Queensland, dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of people and goods across the state.
An AO5 Project Engagement Officer is required to provide additional support to the Customer and Stakeholder Engagement team.
The successful candidate will be involved in projects that are critical to the success of the program and require intensive stakeholder engagement, proactive communications planning, and timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all project messaging.
- Reduce pressure on the existing team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
- Provide additional capacity to effectively engage with the large and geographically dispersed stakeholder group which includes road users, residents, local governments and business.
This contract is a 24-month initial contract with a 12-month extension.
Located in Townsville.
