About the role:
Two opportunities exist for a SAP Basis Technical Consultant and SAP Basis Lead.
The Basis Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver landscapes.
The Basis Technical Consultant provides expert-level technical consulting, implementation, and support services across SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and related infrastructure components.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Be an Australian citizen with an active Baseline AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred).
The Successful Candidate
- Strong experience in SAP Basis administration across SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver
- Hands‑on experience with SAP HANA installation, configuration, backup and recovery, and performance analysis
- Experience supporting S/4HANA landscapes and related components
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori, SAP Gateway, and associated technologies
- Experience with OS environments such as Linux and Windows for SAP deployments
- Understanding of high‑availability, disaster recovery, clustering, and system refresh processes
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted SAP environments and hyperscaler infrastructure
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment
