About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high impact program, working alongside experienced professionals to shape performance frameworks and business intelligence systems that support national sustainment.
This role requires an active Baseline clearance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support the development of a top-down performance management framework to hold Commonwealth and stakeholders accountable for outcomes.
- Assist in defining system requirements and integrating stakeholder efforts to meet Maintenance and sustainment objectives.
- Review existing work to identify reusable components and define measurement boundaries.
- Analyse governance forums to determine optimal structures for performance related conversations.
- Contribute to the design of a business intelligence system; including alignment strategies, performance measures and risk analysis.
- Develop cost and performance driver trees and associated measurement systems.
- Understand and assess the limitations of current MSD scheduling capabilities.
