About the role:
Working with a large utility client, the Business Analyst will undertake business case development, requirements gathering, and implement governance frameworks for a Power BI project.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Business Case Development as Lead with expertise in building comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI modelling, and risk assessment
- Excellent stakeholder and communication in translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Requirements gathering and process mapping proficiency in eliciting requirements, documenting workflows, and aligning solutions with business objectives (acting as the Lead)
- Vendor / procurement engagement process experience (running market events, vendor reviews, measurement of proposals / responses against business requirements)
- Development of implementation of governance frameworks (e.g. data, PMO or delivery)
- (highly preferred) experience in data and analytics Enterprise Data Platforms (e.g. AWS & Databricks), data engineering / modelling
