About the role:
Our client looking for an individual to fill the role of Business Analyst. The person identified consults the business and provides services based on the needs of the organization’s clients. Gathering business requirements for Microsoft Power Apps, familiar with Copilot and use it to write user stories, translates business requirements into epics and technical user stories and must how to use Jira.
Expertise in corporate business processes and products, she/he will analyse and verify the requirements, business process decomposition and design. The successful candidate must have an experience in new business processes modelling.
In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients: the Business Analyst will participate in conducting client workshops and interviews, Agile workshops facilitation and documentation of discussions.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Engage stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and pain points
- Elicit and document: Functional, non-functional requirements, business rules, use cases, and user stories
- Analyse and map: Current state vs target state processes
- Define Data requirements, flows, and key business metrics
- Work within Agile delivery teams: Manage and refine backlog, write user stories, define acceptance criteria
- Support solution design by collaborating with architects and delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Support testing activities: UAT planning, execution, and validation
- Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery outcomes
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Strong BA experience in Energy & Utilities, asset-intensive, or regulated environments (highly desirable)
- Experience working on data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in Agile delivery (Safe / Scrum / Kanban)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation
