About the role
As the Business Analyst Lead you’ll support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role will involve developing and implementing business strategies, managing technology adoption, and embedding new ways of working across distributed teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.
- Identify, evaluate and recommend options.
- Collaborate with and facilitate a wide range of stakeholder groups.
- Seeks to fully address client needs and implements solutions if required.
- Experience working as a BA (Lead) in complex business environments.
- Experience in data modelling and design activities, selecting appropriate techniques and the correct level of detail for meeting assigned objectives.
- Knowledge of AI and other technology applications in the business environment.

Location: The role is based in Melbourne, Victoria
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date, plus potential extensions
SFIA level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered. An OSA(Organisational Suitability Assessment) will be required for this position.
