This organisation plays a pivotal role in Australia’s payment ecosystem, delivering transaction, settlement and fraud capabilities that operate 24x7 at national scale. Their integration programme is central to supporting future‑state payments growth and regulatory change.
About the Role
You will support NPP payment systems across APIs, Fraud, Disputes and Settlement, working closely with engineering and operations teams. This is a production‑focused, technically aware BA role requiring strong understanding of payment message flows, data and operational support models.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Strong background supporting payment systems in regulated environments
- Solid understanding of PACS messaging and payments data flows
- Experience working within 24x7 production support contexts
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Splunk, SQL (MSSQL / Oracle)
- XML and data analysis
- AWS & AWS CLI
- Linux Bash, S3
- Control‑M
- Excel for reconciliation and reporting
- Exposure to SWIFT components (e.g. PAG) highly regarded
- Proven troubleshooting and incident support capability
