About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a background in SCADA systems and OT Utilities for a 6-month contract based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the SCADA Upgrade Project, working closely with stakeholders to develop business cases, elicit requirements, and support governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the business case for the SCADA Upgrade Project, including requirements gathering, financial analysis, strategic alignment, and benefit identification.
- Facilitate working group sessions across multiple projects.
- Elicit and document business requirements with stakeholder endorsement.
- Support digital program governance processes.
- Maintain Jira boards (Scrum/Kanban) to track progress and manage tasks.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience with SCADA systems.
- Prior experience with transmission/distribution OT utilities businesses.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with digital governance frameworks and agile tools like Jira.
