About the role:
The Change and Communications Lead will be responsible for leading the People and Change workstream of the Operating Model program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective delivery of change initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy and plan that fosters awareness, engagement, and alignment across the division and broader organization.
The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to design and implement a structured approach to change management, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
Required Experience:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Extensive experience leading change management and communication initiatives within large or complex transformation programs.
- Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-level change and communication strategies.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resistance to change.
- Track record of successfully embedding strategic change within organizations.
- Structured approach to planning, delivery, and measurement of change effectiveness.
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in designing communication artefacts and managing change impact assessments.
- Skilled in delivering initiatives that drive cultural and behavioural change.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in organizational transformation, operating model changes, or people-related initiatives (highly regarded).
