About the role:
This role is responsible for leading organisational change initiatives across the full lifecycle of technology‑driven projects. You will design and deliver tailored change strategies that support successful system implementations, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and fully prepared for upcoming changes. Key to this position is the ability to analyse change impacts, develop targeted communications, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and create training that supports end‑user adoption.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proven capability in organisational change management across full project lifecycles.
- Experience designing and delivering change strategies, impact assessments, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training for technology-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change impacts associated with system implementations.
- Ability to work closely with technical, business, and leadership teams to ensure adoption and readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly messaging to support change understanding and uptake.
- Experience developing change‑related artefacts such as readiness plans, training materials, stakeholder maps, and communication packs to support successful implementation.
- Strong capability in monitoring change adoption, assessing change readiness, and providing insights or recommendations to project leadership to optimise outcomes.
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience in government or similarly structured environments is highly desirable.
- Candidates must have exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
What's on offer?
The contract term is for 6 months initially with potential extensions.
Located in Parramatta, NSW on a hybrid working arrangement.
