About the Role
The OCM Generalist (SuccessFactors Specialist) supports the delivery of organisational change, training, and business readiness activities for the ACUTE SuccessFactors Implementation.
This role contributes to assessing change impacts, coordinating communications, developing and reviewing training materials, and supporting stakeholder engagement to enable successful adoption across impacted business areas.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management & Business Readiness
- Develop or support the creation of key change artefacts including stakeholder impact assessments, change plans, readiness checklists, and transition support documentation.
- Identify, document, and monitor change impacts and risks, escalating issues as required.
- Assist in training needs analysis and collaborate with SMEs to review, validate, and refine training content.
- Contributes to the design and delivery of training materials, user guides, and supporting documentation related to SuccessFactors.
- Contribute to configuration of WalkMe content.
- Provide input into targeted communication materials and support the execution of the broader communications strategy.
- Support change networks, feedback loops, and engagement activities to prepare business areas for transition.
- Maintain the OCM workstream schedule, track progress, and support reporting against key milestones.
- Monitor adoption progress and collaboration with the Change team and workstream leads to address change related‑related issues.
- Support when needed with training logistics.
Key Deliverables
- Training content development support for SuccessFactors modules.
- Stakeholder maps, change action plans, and impact assessments.
- Inputs into communications and end‑user training delivery.
- Business readiness assessments and transition support plans.
- Status updates, dashboards, and reporting on OCM activities.
The Successful Candidate:
- Experience in managing multiple deliveries simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational change management within technology or ERP transformation projects (SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred).
- Understanding of business processes related to HR functions (depending on assignment).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with experience coordinating activities across diverse business groups.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, project driven‑driven environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly‑friendly materials.
