About the role:
Our client looking for an individual to fill the role of Change Manager. The successful candidate will build adoption programs and corporate communications for Energy Connection Consultations who will use Microsoft Power Apps. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot a plus.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Advanced communication skills (verbal & written)
- Involves collaboration with employees at various levels across different functions within the organisation, including Line of Business (LOB) and IT employees.
- Able to identify stakeholder pain points, contextualise information appropriately, and translate new products or solutions into business opportunities.
- Influential, presentation skill, human centred design.
- Open, honest, transparent, and straightforward
- Strong emotional intelligence
- the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
