Our client is a leading professional services and consulting firm delivering strategy, technology, systems integration, and operations support across Government, Financial Services, and Utilities.
About the role:
Working with a large utilities client, you will lead change management activities to support successful delivery of a major initiative—maximising adoption, minimising resistance, and ensuring change is embedded in day-to-day operations.
Energy/Utilities experience is preferred.
Key Skills & Experience
- Design, develop and deliver an end-to-end change management strategy and plan for the assigned product stream, aligned to the broader strategic plan.
- Develop and execute communications, stakeholder engagement and change impact activities to drive awareness, buy-in and adoption.
- Create and deliver education and training plans, including go-live readiness and post-implementation support to embed change.
- Coach and support project/program team members and stakeholders on change management approaches and deliverables.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish and manage expectations, and ensure engagement plans are implemented across impacted audiences.
- Identify, document and track benefits, and develop strategies to sustain change and realise expected outcomes/ROI.
- Drive integration by identifying and managing interdependencies across projects within the product stream portfolio.
- Ensure change activities are delivered consistently within the enterprise change framework, uplifting quality through coaching of change resources where required.
Desired Attributes and Skills:
- Experience working within the utilities sector (Energy and/or Water).
